The ‘millionaire mindset’ is the psychology of abundance. Rich thinkers use money as a tool to improve their life. The ‘millionaire mindset’ is not just about money, abundance can be felt in any area of life: health, relationships, finances, spirituality etc…
In order to master the millionaire mindset, you have to understand that your mind is like a computer. The mindset is software that runs in the background. In order to change the mindset, you have to install new software.
If you want to learn more about how this works in more detail, check out my blog post – change your paradigm.
Does this sound familiar?
“If you work hard, stick in at school and knuckle down: you will get a good job and make a decent living. It will be worth it in the end…….”
This mindset is based on the old idea: hard work pays off. ‘The millionaire mindset’ is based on the concept: Working smart gets results.
Make a conscious decision to have an attitude of abundance, and with this mindset enjoy greater success than you ever thought was possible.
Here are four tips for a ‘millionaire mindset’:
1. Find your passion
What are you passionate about? How could you use this passion to help other people. If money was not an issue, how would you spend your time?
How could you turn this passion into an income?
Think about the best ways to help other people, doing something you actually enjoy. What type of work could you do, that would be enjoyable and effortless? Imagine work being fun and exciting.
How does this feel, knowing that you have helped other people?
2. Make a decision
PROCRASTINATION, the opposite of DECISION, is a common enemy which practically every man must conquer Napolean Hill
With your passion in mind, make a decision on what you want to do. It is better to make a wrong decision, than to not make any decision at all. Indecisiveness will create fear and worry.
Make a decision on what you are going to do, and what you want to achieve.
3. Set your goal and visualise success
Visualise yourself having succeeded in achieving your goal. How could you visualise yourself having already achieved success? Think about this, and make a short ‘mental movie’ of you achieving your goal.
Make this ‘mental movie’ as imaginative and exciting as you possibly can. Use uplifting words or music to go along with this ‘mental movie’.
What would success look, feel and sound like? Keep visualising this ‘mental movie’ in your mind. As you make this visualisation technique a habit, this will build a new confident, focused mindset.
Visualisation will strengthen the neural (nerve) pathways in the brain for success. If you continue to work on reinforcing this new ‘mental movie’ with visualisation, you will program your mind to succeed.
4. Surround yourself with like-minded people
Surround yourself as much as possible with people who are positive and uplifting. On the road to success, relationships are so important. Do not allow people to talk you out of your dreams. Believe in yourself and know that you can make it happen.
Join an online mastermind group: a group of people who have similar interests and ideas. This can be supportive, allowing you to connect with other people who can give you good advice.
5. Take action
Take action and build momentum.
Good Luck !
