1. Abundance and joy
When you feel joyful for no reason, you are in a natural state of abundance. Some people experience this in a deep state of meditation, when their mental chatter slows down. Joy is a deep, profound feeling of peace that comes from the natural, authentic state of being.
Take time out for yourself each day to relax and meditate.
2. Doing things that you love
It is no surprise that by feeling good and doing things that you love will make you feel abundant. Regularly think about things that make you feel happy.What are you looking forward to in your own life?
It is by giving more focus to the happier feeling thoughts, that these feelings grow.
3. The millionaire mindset
The millionaire mindset is the psychology of abundance. Abundance can be experienced in any area of your life: finances, relationships, health etc

4. Practicing gratitude
It is important to become aware and recognise abundance in the world. Practicing gratitude and recognising beauty in every moment will open you up to this magical feeling.
Recognising what is great about your life down to the smallest detail, is the foundation on which abundance is built.
When you wake up in the morning, think of 5 things you are truly greatful for. Abundance is not what comes to you in terms of money, but flows out of your natural state of being: that is to say in the present moment.
When you feel abundant, everything you see is vibrating with energy. Everything you do is filled with enthusiasm and confidence. For this to happen you have to be open to abundance, this is why an attitude of gratitude is a must. When you feel the feeling of abundance, you attract it into your life.
Just think, what is it in this moment can I be greatful for ?
5. Sound Yoga
Sound yoga can make you feel abundant. Very subtle, primordial sounds have a powerful and profound way of influencing your feelings. Listen to mantras or power sounds over and over to feel abundance. The more you feel the energy behind the mantras, the vibration of the sounds become part of your awareness or consciousness.
