What does abundance feel like?
Abundance is synonymous with our natural state of being, the warm background feeling of joy that exists within all of us. If you think of material wealth as prosperity, then abundance goes deeper than just having things; it is a deep feeling of peace, gratitude and contentment: It is the source of authentic wisdom and creativity.
The feeling of abundance is within everybody and when you tune into the right sound vibration, it produces a certain ambience and mood within you.
Many people don’t always feel abundant because they give so much of their focus and attention to their life situation and their thoughts. When your thoughts are consuming so much energy, it becomes difficult to stay present and in the moment.
When you feel good, you feel God
The key to abundance is knowing when you feel joy, you are naturally tuned to the sound of abundance. The result of this is living your life with greater wisdom, clarity and authenticity. In other words, it is easier to make better decisions in life when you feel joyful, peaceful and abundant.
How do you feel more abundant?
‘Nada yoga’ or ‘sound yoga’ is a way of using simple primordial sound’s to create powerful changes in how you feel. As the late Wayne Dyer used to say ‘When you feel good, you feel God.’
When you listen to these subtle, primordial sounds, you start to feel the vibration and energy behind the sounds. When you listen and really focus (or meditate) on the sounds, you can tune yourself to powerful energetic states.’Sound yoga’ makes use of simple arrangements of sound, these mantra’s or ‘power sounds’ repeat over and over making profound changes at an unconscious level.
The relationship between sound and form
The yogis have always understood the relationship between sound and form. It can be proved scientifically by speaking into a microphone attached to an oscilloscope, that sound produces waves of form.
All sounds produce energy and create different energetic states. Think about it, how do you feel when you listen to your favourite music? It puts you in a certain mood: relaxed, happy or even nostalgic.
When you listen to ‘power sounds’ or ‘mantra’s’ with conscious awareness, you can unlock the power of abundance.It takes focus and concentration on the sounds, as well as regular practice.
My own experience of sound yoga
I think ‘sound yoga’ is a great way of enhancing your meditation practice. I find listening to the mantra’s or even chanting the sounds feels great. It improves your mood and over time you become more calm and relaxed.
